HIGHTEX #72008HS is the ultra powerful automatic pattern sewing machine for reinforced stitching extremely hard and stiff synthetic webbing slings using extra thick thread up to V415 or Metric size 7, T-400, 1300dx3.

The challenging sewing task in manufacture of hard and stiff synthetic web slings made of nylon and polyester is the extremely Dense Stitch Pattern (testing 5-ply synthetic slings with double W sewing pattern, 6mm stitch length and 5mm line distance). If the density units are set too heavy, the thread will tend to break during sewing operation and other standard heavy duty pattern sewing machine cannot work well because of motor overloading.

72008HS is one of most powerful pattern tacker for reinforcement stitching awkward and stiff synthetic slings in the production of extra high strength lifting slings & straps, such as boat slings &boat lift strap,  lifting bridle, crane Slings, hoisting belts, mooring straps, rigging equipment, Helicopter Slings, cargo restraint systems, recovery straps, car lifting slings and other Kevlar vest.
