HIGHTEX
205-370 BF is specialized thick thread upholstery sewing machine for decorative
topstitching seams on leather and upholstery fabrics, in the production of
sofas covers, car seat covers, marine upholstery and general upholstery panel. Recommend
for topstitching high-end leather sofas, fabric sofas, leather furniture and
automotive upholstery/car interiors.
The
great advantage of class 205-370 BF becomes especially apparent when processing
over thick spots and cross seams or sewing thin leather (2mm) and artificial leather
with extremely thick thread (braided thread up to1.2 mm thick).
⑴ The Adler 204 type extra large
barrel shuttle can sew extremely thick thread without any problem (braided
thread up to 1.4mm, V462,1500dx3 or Amann Serabraid Thread 1400 T60 braided thread);
⑵ Its heavy duty combined
triple feeding action by way of: bottom feed, needle feed and walking foot top
feed, guarantees effective handling of medium to heavy weight materials,
leather and fabrics etc;
⑶ High needle penetration power
guarantee easy sewing thick spots or cross seams, without loose stitch, skipped
stitch, damage thread and shorten stitch length;
⑷ The high sewing foot lift up to 20
mm facilitates the feeding and removing of bulky workpieces;
⑸The sewing foot stroke up to 10 mm
allows the safe climbing over differently high material plies;
⑹ Pneumatic
additional thread tension for excellent stitch formation when sewing over thick
spots;
⑺ Up to 14 mm long stitches for
decorative topstitching seams;
⑻ The modified topstitching presser
foot is great for sewing overlapping seam (over thick cross seam) without loose
stitch, skipped stitch, damage thread and shorten stitch length;
⑼ The speed reducer greatly
improves the stitch quality when it is necessary to slow down, or change
directions, or stitching overlapping cross seam;
⑽ Excellent stitch pattern (both upper
thread and bobbin thread), constantly tight stitch formation, even with large
stitch lengths and extreme thread sizes;
⑿ Automatic presser foot lift, back
tacking (reverse stitch), Precise needle UP/Down stop positioning, and the pneumatic
center seam guide will automatic lift when sewing over thick spots;
⒀ The large bobbin capacity reduces
the number of bobbin changes and offer high efficiency when using extra thick
thread;
