Step 1: Connect to air compressor

Step 2: Connect to electric (220V-240V,50-60HZ)

Step 3: Turn on the switch

Step 4: Press the emergency stop switch

Make sure the emergency stop switch is locked as below, it is very very important. You may get injured in future operation if the emergency stop switch is not locked.

Step 5: Turn below switch to open the pulling system, so you can load the webbing strap

Step 6: Loading webbing strap (1)

Step 7: Loading webbing strap (2), make sure the strap goes through the sensor bar as below

Step 9: Loading webbing strap (4)

Step 10: Release the emergency stop switch

Step 11: You can turn below regulator, adjust feeding speed according to the speed of your automatic hot knife webbing cutting machine

   When you turn the regulator, you can see the change in control box as below.
