How to replace needle bar of 7273CNC Heavy Duty Programmable Sewing Machine

| Step 1. Remove the front cover, move needle to lowest position by turning flywheel. When needle in the lowest position, #C135 Needle small connecting rod (with red arrow) and needle bar completely coincide, you cannot see it, as below picture. |

| Step 2. Check distance between needle plate and the end of needle bar, see above green arrow. Usually the space is about 25.5mm, but write down the actual data. It is very important!! When you mount the needle bar back, must at same position. |

| Step 3. Remove needle bar cover (#C120) |
 |
| Step 4. Remove the needle fixing screw. |
 |
| Step 5. Remove the Needle bar thread wire (#C127). |
 |
| Step 6. Loosen above 2 screws. |
 |
Step 7. Take out the needle bar, and mount new needle bar, please note the distance in Step 2.
