Sailmaster 9518-30 Long arm medium weight zigzag sail maker sewing machine is designed for light to medium weight spinnakers, windsurf sail and up to heavy sails, using needles size 90 - 130 with thread sizes V46, V69 and V92 and capable of processing materials up to 7 mm. All kinds of zigzag operations in light to heavy weight Dacron, Kevlar, Webbing, Canvas and leather can reliably be realized with this spinnakers sewing machine.

⑴The solid cast and strong sewing machine long arm allows approximately 735 mm clearance to the right of the needle, which is around 3 times the length of a standard arm Zigzag machine.;

⑵This sail maker sewing machine standard supplied with 4 cams for straight stitch, 1-step (2-points), 2-step (3-points), 3-step (4-points) zigzag, cover all demands of modern sail making industry. 6-point zigzag is available as option;

⑼ The hook containing the lower bobbin is twice the normal size, resulting in fewer bobbin changes and in combination with the vertical take up lever system, it is of particular use when using thicker than normal sewing threads;

⑽ Puller lift automatically when foot is lifted & when sewing in reverse, and the puller be locked in up position;

⑾ Automatic presser foot lift, back tacking (reverse stitch), precise needle UP/Down stop positioning.
